This flame-shaped piece, known as the "Tornado" and featuring a twisted diamond burr, is renowned for its effectiveness. It's ideally suited for detaching the proximal nail fold from the nail plate.

The bit is the highest quality and is free of colour coating, so it will last a very long time, even repeatedly sterilised in an autoclave.
