All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

• UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, promotions or due to courier delays.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

 

Delays & Missing Parcels

SPN Nails UK is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

SPN Nails UK cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
