Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience to book a course?
It depends on the course. The Gel Polish Manicure Course is suitable for complete beginners. Gel Method and the combined 3-day course are better suited to technicians with some manicure experience, and Additional Training is aimed at technicians who already hold a foundation qualification.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Every course ends with a theoretical and practical assessment, and you receive an SPN Nails UK certificate confirming your result. Courses with ABT accreditation state this clearly on the individual course listing.
What's the difference between individual and group training?
Individual (1-2-1) training is delivered just for you, with your educator's full attention throughout. Group training is delivered alongside other students at a lower price per person.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place: £100 for one-day courses (including Gel Polish Manicure, Pedicure, E-File and Additional Training) and £150 for two- and three-day courses (Gel Method and Gel Method + Gel Polish Manicure).
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, including if you need to cancel or reschedule. This lets us reserve your educator's time and your training materials and product kit in advance, so please make sure of your dates before booking.

Printed training materials on the day and your SPN Nails UK certificate of completion. Product kit inclusions can vary by course, so get in touch with the team if you'd like to check what's included for a specific course.
