Pre-order your favourites
Products currently available for pre-order are clearly marked on the website. Add them to your basket and order as normal.

We secure your order
Your pre-ordered products are allocated from incoming stock, subject to supplier availability and our Pre-Order Terms & Conditions.

We dispatch after arrival
Once the delivery reaches SPN Nails UK and is processed by our team, your pre-order is prepared for dispatch.
Delivery timings are estimates and can change. Please always check the current information shown on the website when placing your order.

Why can’t I pre-order a sold-out product?
You may occasionally see a product marked as sold out without a pre-order option. This does not necessarily mean it has been discontinued.
When a new delivery arrives, we normally switch pre-order off for a while so customers can shop from the stock that has physically arrived with us.
As stock levels change and we move towards the next delivery cycle, pre-order may become available again for selected products.
SOLD OUT + NO PRE-ORDER ≠ DISCONTINUED
It may simply mean pre-order is temporarily closed at this point in our delivery cycle.

Ordering in-stock + pre-order together?
You don’t have to wait for everything.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, available items may be dispatched first. Your pre-order items will then be shipped separately once they become available.
You will not be charged an additional shipping fee for the split shipment unless this is clearly stated at checkout.

What does PRE-ORDER mean?
It allows you to purchase selected products before they are restocked. By ordering while pre-order is active, you secure the item in advance, subject to supplier availability.
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
Pre-orders are dispatched once the incoming stock reaches us and has been processed. Dispatch dates are estimates and may change because of supplier, manufacturing, logistics, courier or customs delays. Check the current information shown on the website when ordering.
Why is a product sold out but pre-order isn’t available?
We temporarily switch pre-order off after deliveries arrive. A sold-out item without a pre-order option may simply be between pre-order cycles and does not automatically mean the product has been discontinued.
Can I order in-stock and pre-order products together?
Yes. In-stock products may be dispatched first, with pre-order items shipped separately once available. No additional shipping fee is charged for a split shipment unless clearly stated at checkout.
Can a pre-order product become unavailable?
Pre-order items remain subject to supplier and manufacturer availability. If an item cannot be supplied, the refund process set out in our Pre-Order Terms & Conditions will apply.
Where can I see the expected next delivery?
Please check the current delivery information shown on our website and on relevant product pages. We keep this information separate from this guide so the page can remain accurate throughout each delivery cycle.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Full payment is taken when the pre-order is placed, and the order is confirmed after successful payment.
Can I cancel or change a pre-order?
Pre-orders are confirmed purchases. Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch and are subject to approval by SPN Nails UK. Please see the full terms below for all details.
