Preorder Terms & Conditions
1. What is a Preorder?
A preorder allows customers to purchase selected products before they are officially released or restocked.
By placing a preorder, you secure your item in advance and agree to the estimated dispatch timeline stated on the product page.
2. Payment
Full payment is taken at the time of placing the preorder.
Orders will not be confirmed without successful payment.
3. Dispatch & Delivery
Each preorder product includes an estimated dispatch timeframe (up to 3-4 weeks).
Please note:
• Dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, supplier, or logistics timelines.
Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Preorder Items)
If your order includes both in-stock items and preorder items:
• Available (in-stock) items may be dispatched first.
• Preorder items will be shipped separately once they become available.
• Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
This ensures you receive available products without unnecessary delay.
4. Supplier Availability & Refunds
Preorder items are subject to supplier and manufacturer availability.
If, for any reason, a preorder product cannot be supplied (for example, if the manufacturer is unable to deliver the item), SPN Nails UK will:
• Issue a full refund for the unavailable item in the form of automatic store credit.
• Store credit will be added to the customer’s account and can be used on any future purchase.
If a customer prefers a refund to the original payment method, this must be requested before the store credit is issued.
Once store credit has been generated, the refund method cannot be changed.
5. Cancellations
Preorders are considered confirmed purchases.
Cancellation requests may be accepted only before dispatch and are subject to approval by SPN Nails UK.
Once an item has been dispatched, our standard Return Policy applies.
6. Returns & Refunds
Preorder items are eligible for return in accordance with our standard Return Policy, unless otherwise stated (e.g. hygiene-sensitive products).
Refunds will be processed after returned items have been received and inspected.
7. Product Presentation
Product images shown during preorder may represent a preview of the final product.
Minor changes to packaging or presentation may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
8. Delays & Liability
SPN Nails UK is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Manufacturing timelines
• Supplier production schedules
• Courier services
• Customs procedures
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We are committed to transparent communication and will always aim to resolve issues professionally.
9. Agreement
By placing a preorder, you confirm that you:

• Accept the estimated dispatch timeline
• Agree to the policies outlined above
