Bling TOP Holographic Silver is a transparent gel polish top, with embedded glitter particles of various sizes and small pieces of cut foil in the shade of holographic silver.
The TOP is medium-thick and flexible, does not flow on the cuticles and levels beautifully. No wipe. It leaves a smooth surface - there is no need to apply additional TOP on it.
